T-Rex Cookie Dough Fundraiser
We are PSYCHED to kick off our T-Rex Cookie Dough Fundraiser! This is a great opportunity for riders to raise funds for themselves against registration costs.
Participation is optional, but for riders who choose to participate, they will earn $3 for every $12 bag of cookie dough sold.
The full fundraiser will run from May 1st through May 28th, which includes everything from selling bags of cookie dough to delivering them to buyers.
To ensure your athlete's success in this fundraiser, we’ve outlined key steps to follow. Let’s make this a fun and rewarding experience for everyone involved!

Step 1: Riders receive fundraiser information and materials.
Date: Thursday, April 30th at Parent/Athlete Info Meeting and afterward via website

Step 2: Riders sell cookie dough!
Dates: Friday, May 1st - Thursday, May 19th
Record buyers, contact information, and collect payment.
Step 3A: Submit count.
Date: By Tuesday, May 19th at 11:59 p.m., enter final bag count.

Step 3B: Submit payment.

You keep $3/bag!
Payment methods:
Cash/check drop-off: Tuesday, May 19th from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at Lebanon Hills MTB Trailhead Pavilion
- Venmo: @MTB_196MTB; please enter athlete's name in the "What's this for?" block.
- Check: Payable to 196 MTB; note the athlete's name on the check. If there are multiple checks, include them in an envelope.
- Cash: Place the cash in an envelope and note the athlete's name on the envelope.
Step 4: Pick up purchased cookie dough.
Date: Thursday, May 28th from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Location: Lebanon Hills MTB Trailhead Pavilion
Bring a cooler and ice packs. Since the cookie dough is frozen, this pickup window is mandatory.
Step 5: Distribute cookie dough to buyers.
Date: On or after Thursday, May 28th
Riders deliver frozen cookie dough bags to everyone who placed an order. Be sure to store the dough in your freezer until delivery!
